Feel Strong, Confident and Like Yourself Again After Baby
Leaks, a soft tummy, a core that just won’t switch back on. Here’s what actually helps.
Free 15-minute consult with Jacci · No needles · Little to no downtime

You’re doing everything, and it still isn’t coming back
You’re walking, you’re doing the ab videos at 9pm, you’re eating well when you remember to eat. But your tummy still pooches, you leak when you run for the bus, and your back aches from lifting the car seat. Then someone says “you look great!” and you smile and think, not really.
This is one of the most common things we hear from Canberra mums. It isn’t vanity, and it isn’t you failing. Pregnancy stretches your core and pelvic floor a long way, and they don’t always spring back on their own.
When can you start?
Most women are ready from around 6 weeks after birth, or a bit later after a caesarean. If you’re already seeing a women’s health physio or your GP, that’s great. We’re happy to work alongside them, and bring any notes to your consult.
Where we help
- Pelvic floor (Emsella). Sit fully clothed for 28 minutes while the chair triggers thousands of deep pelvic floor contractions. Great for leaks and feeling “loose”.
- Tummy muscles (Emsculpt). About 20,000 muscle contractions in a 30-minute session while you lie back, to help rebuild strength and tone in your abs.
Lots of mums do both, because your core and pelvic floor work as a team.
How it works
- Free consult. 15 minutes with Jacci, a mum of three who’s been there. Bring any physio notes, and bring bub too.
- Your plan. Usually 6–8 Emsella and 4–6 Emsculpt sessions, twice a week.
- Keep going. Keep up any exercises you’ve been given. Together they work better.
What to expect
Many mums notice fewer leaks and a firmer-feeling tummy over the course. Emsculpt isn’t a quick fix for a large or painful tummy separation. It works best alongside healthy habits and any exercises you’ve been given, helping you feel stronger as you go.
Bub is very welcome at your consult, so no need to sort a babysitter. Read more on our Emsculpt and Emsella pages.

Questions women ask us
How soon after birth can I start?
Once your GP or women’s health physio has cleared you, usually from around 6 weeks, or later after a caesarean.
Can I have treatment while breastfeeding?
Ask us at your consult. We’ll go through your health history and safety questions with you first.
Will Emsculpt close my tummy gap?
It isn’t a fix on its own. It can help build core strength alongside any rehab you’re doing. If you have a big or painful gap, we’ll talk through it at your consult and work with your physio or GP.
Can I bring my baby?
Yes, bub is welcome at your free consult.
