What to Expect at Your Free Consult
You’ve been thinking about it for a while. Maybe it’s the leaks when you sneeze. Maybe it’s a tummy that hasn’t felt like yours since the kids. Maybe it’s skin that looks more tired than you feel.
But booking something new can feel like a lot. What will they ask? Will I get pushed into buying something? Do I need to know what I want first?
Here’s the good news. You don’t need to know anything. That’s what the free consult is for. Here’s exactly what happens when you come in to see Jacci at The Effortless Clinic in Gungahlin.
First up: it’s just 15 minutes with Jacci
Your free consult is a 15-minute chat, one-on-one with Jacci. She runs the clinic, and she’s a mum of three. She knows what it’s like to put yourself last for years.
It’s not a sales pitch. It’s not a medical exam. It’s a relaxed conversation about you, what’s bothering you, and whether we can actually help.

What happens in your consult
1. We chat about what you want to change
Jacci will ask what’s been on your mind. Leaks? A soft tummy? Skin that’s lost its bounce? You can say it straight. Nothing you tell her will surprise her.
She’ll also ask a few simple health questions, like whether you’ve had a baby recently, had a caesarean, are breastfeeding, or have anything else going on. That helps her work out what’s safe and right for you.
2. We work out which treatment fits
All our treatments are non-invasive and use BTL technology. No surgery. No needles under the knife. Here’s the quick version:
- Emsella helps strengthen your pelvic floor. You sit fully clothed on a chair.
- Emsculpt helps strengthen and tone your core and body muscles.
- Exion helps your skin look firmer and fresher on your face or body.
Jacci will tell you which one makes sense for your goals. Sometimes it’s one. Sometimes it’s a combo. Sometimes it’s “not yet”. If something else would serve you better, like seeing your GP or a women’s health physio first, she’ll tell you that too.
3. You get an honest answer about results
This is the bit most women appreciate. Jacci won’t promise you miracles. She’ll tell you what results are realistic for your body, roughly how many sessions most women do, and what it will feel like.
Results vary from woman to woman. You’ll walk out knowing what to expect, not just what you hoped to hear.
4. You decide. No pressure.
There’s no hard sell. No “sign up now or miss out”. You can book a treatment on the spot if you’re keen, or go home and think about it. Either is completely fine.

Can I try the machine?
If you’re curious, ask. Jacci can show you the machines and explain how a session works, so nothing feels like a mystery when you come back.
What to bring and what to wear
Keep it simple:
- Wear whatever you like. Comfy everyday clothes are perfect. Nothing gets removed for a consult.
- Bring your questions. Jot them in your phone notes so you don’t forget them on the day.
- Know your health basics. Recent births, surgeries, medications, or anything your GP has told you to watch.
- Bring a little one if you need to. Just mention it when you book and we’ll work it out.
How long does it take?
Plan for about 15 minutes. That’s it. Easy to squeeze in between school drop-off and a coffee in Gungahlin.
Where are we?
You’ll find us at G06/45 Gungahlin Place, Gungahlin ACT 2912. It’s a calm, private space. Just come in and say hi at reception.
FAQ
Is the consult really free?
Yes. It’s free, and you don’t have to book anything afterwards.
Do I need to know which treatment I want?
No. Most women don’t. Tell Jacci what’s bothering you and she’ll help you work out the best fit.
Will I be pressured to buy something?
No. Jacci gives you honest advice and a clear plan. What you do with it is up to you.
Can I have a treatment on the same day?
Ask when you book and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
I’m pregnant, postpartum or breastfeeding. Can I still come in?
You’re welcome to have a chat. Some treatments aren’t suitable during pregnancy or straight after birth, and Jacci will be upfront about timing. She may suggest checking with your GP first.
Ready to have a chat?
You don’t need a plan. You don’t need to be sure. You just need 15 minutes.
Sit down with Jacci, tell her what’s been bugging you, and walk away with an honest answer about what can help. No pressure, just a mum who gets it.
